30-Day First-Order Guarantee

Try Flying Colors risk-free. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund on your first order within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be issued for the amount you paid for the product to the form of payment used for the purchase. Unless otherwise instructed, you do not need to return the pouch to receive the refund. The guarantee applies to your first order only; refills and later one-time orders are not eligible.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

We will replace at no cost any item received in a defective state (i.e. ripped, torn, or broken).

Exchange Information

Items received damaged or defective can be exchanged by contacting our Customer Support Team. Select the Contact link located in the footer of the website. Enter your name, email address, telephone and details of your exchange request, including your order number. One of our Customer Support Team Members will respond within 24 hours.
