90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We encourage everyone to try our products risk-free for 3 months with our a 90-day satisfaction guarantee / refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can request to be refunded for up to three months' supply within 90 days of your very first purchase. The refund will be issued for the amount you paid for the product to the form of payment used for the purchase. Unless otherwise instructed, you do not need to return the packs to receive the refund. Note that shipping is non-refundable and refunds do not include the cost of shipping.

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

We will replace at no cost, any item received in a defective state (i.e. ripped, torn, or broken).

Exchange Information

Items received damaged or defective can be exchanged by contacting our Customer Support Team. Select the Contact Us link located in the footer of the website. Enter your Name, Email Address, Telephone and details of your exchange request, including your order number. One of our Customer Support Team Members will respond within 24 hours.
